Melograno Villa is a large listed farmhouse with adjacent cottage and barn set in the centre of 28 acres, ensuring complete privacy. It offers high quality accommodation to large groups in the heart of Le Marche region, overlooking distant hilltop villages and the mountains.
The extensive gardens and grounds provide the perfect setting for parties and receptions.

Ground floor
An outstanding apartment with 4 double bedrooms, three batrooms, a large kitchen and diner, a double living room and two verandas.

The 5 bedrooms are all en-suite, with original features, antique furniture and breathtaking views. The floor has also an additional kitchen and a large terrace.
THE COTTAGE
Independent accommodation all on one floor, it comprises of two bedrooms, bathroom, a complete kitchen and own veranda.
THE POOL
The pool enjoys breathtaking views over the mountains and it is surrounded by olive trees granting complete privacy. It has large patios for sunbathing and a shaded veranda plus it is fenced to ensure safety for all. It'll be hard to draw yourself away from heaven...
THE BARN

We had the absolute best time at Il Melograno — it was everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we arrived, Candida made us feel so welcomed and cared for. She and her wonderful team (and family!) went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay and our wedding.The venue was breathtaking — the perfect setting for our small, 27-person wedding. We followed Candida’s recommendation and worked with Magie di Pasta (Davide and his team), who created the most delicious meal for our wedding and made every moment feel so special.In the days leading up to the wedding, we organised a pasta-making class right at the villa and went on local wine tastings — such a fun and memorable way to spend time with our guests before the big day. We’re so grateful to Candida and everyone at Il Melograno for making this experience so magical.
